We supply both analog and digital lines from Tier-1 supplier such as BT and Opal to ensure the best possible quality of your lines. As we use of carrier pre selection (CPS) network access technology removes the need to install hardware or to programme carrier selection codes into your PBX system. With pre selection, traffic originating from your site will be routed directly onto our network with no need for prefix codes. The 'selection' of QoS Networks as your preferred provider is done automatically at the point of entry (the local BT exchange) to the public voice network.
Voice Lines
You keep the same telephone line, no engineer will call and you keep your existing phone number. You simply rent the line from us instead of your previous provider. It only takes about 14 days for us to transfer your line from your existing provider to us.
You don't have to put up with BT's higher charges a second longer. In fact we are so confident that if you are with BT we will give you an iPod for free if we can't save you at least 20% on you voice calls and lines.
Our non-geographic number solutions allow your customers to contact you easily and economically, maximising each call to the benefit of your business. We currently offer five core non-geographic number solutions designed to maximise each inbound call you receive: Free call 0800/0808 - Local Rate 0844/0845 - National Rate 0870/0871 - Personal 070 - Premium Rate 090. We can also do Call Recording or Call Routing on these numbers.
Data Lines
We can supply you with ADSL BroadBand, but more and more we find that we can supply LLU based Broadband (up-to 24MB down / 1.25MB up) at a better price. This really is the 21st century Broadband, and we can possible beat you current price if you are on ADSL. We can also provide MPLS, IP/VPN or leased lines up-to 1GB for all your data needs, at a very competitive price.
